The Employability of Graduate Students at Universities

UNESCO recommended that it is necessary to build the four pillars of education:"Learning to know, Learning to do, Learning to live together, Learning to be." Teaching activities are hard and complex process. If teaching is placed on burning desire in learners in the family and in society which teaching activities have to satisfy, it is difficult to compare with any jobs or any careers. Over the millennia, teaching activities have constantly been improved to make the achievements to maximize the role of learners, optimize teachers¿ activities towards students. In order to implement the requirement and to achieve this ideally, it is required that teaching must be based on certain scientific basis.Teaching activities are the interaction among teachers and learners. "The teaching and learning activities are teachers and students activities" (Davydov). Learners have the maximum opportunity to explore possibilities themselves. Teachers are only the designers, play the key role as a leader to arrange an open and free ways for learners to participate in actively. Teaching methods innovation have been an indispensable and urgent requirement in higher education in countries around the world.
