This paper provides teachers with an idea of using the famous wiki tool in their lesson planning. Also, it is a good way for working in teams even if they work in different schools. In this paper three E.L. teachers cooperated in planning for their lessons, the experiences was both effective and fruitful.In the interview they expressed their satisfaction with this experiment and their determination to continue working in teams by using wikis.
