ICT is changing the way of doing things. University libraries are changing by using ICT tools. As at now there seem not to be much ICT tools in place at KNUST libraries. An effective and a modern university library school be accessible by its users at all times via the internet or mobile phones. Also a four star university like KNUST the main library and the faculty or departmental libraries should be connected such that users at all times can the content of each library from within any library ones the person is on the schools network. This study will try to solve the above problem by suggesting ways of have one big virtual library.
