The Effect of Critical Factors on Construction Projects Performance

This book is M.Sc. thesis in construction management, civil engineering department at Sudan university of Science and Technology. It was supervised by a professional engineer (P.E.) Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Yousif. The construction industry in the world faces many difficulties which turn the progress of the project toward the failure. The construction project has a life cycle. In project life cycle there were many causes and factors which affect the performance of the project during several stages which consist the project life cycle. In this book, most of those causes and factors were defined and debated. Furthermore, the critical causes and factors which affect the performance were determined.
