The development of human resources in education and training

Human resources development focuses on training the staff of organisations and institutions and developing their skills within their professional environment. Leadership, talent development, professional development and lifelong learning are considered essential elements in this field. Companies and other organisations invest a lot in human resources training to the extent that most of them have a dedicated HR development department with the essential role of improving the professional performance of their staff.
