The commitment of companies and their involvement with universities

The University plays a very important role in the management, creation and transfer of knowledge, which is found within the development of research and the advancement of science in general, and technological innovations contribute to this same development, related to the evaluation of the performance of teachers. The expansion of the network of institutions at the national level brings to light the transformations that the IES have undergone. In Angola, the national capital companies have not been able to overcome the low levels of competence that the products of their management possess, being then a fragile piece within the whole business structure of the country, by not conceiving technological innovations as an essential component for the elevation of labor and productive performance.
