In such conditions - a crisis of confidence in the European region, in the wider Eurasian space and on a global scale - the demand for constructive dialogue and compromise development becomes particularly relevant in international affairs. For the Belarusian side, it means that today it is especially important to demonstrate resistance to adverse external factors and ability to actively counteract and mitigate their impact.
