The controllable shifts of Fermi level in the band gap of ionic and molecular liquids as changing of the oxidation-reduction potential (¿RP) are theoretically studied here including opportunities for electrochemical modifying of physical and chemical properties of these liquid dielectrics. Correcting their properties by selective extraction of minor impurities out of them due to shifting Fermi level in the band gap is considered too.
