The armed combat as a system

It¿s popular because it sounds good to say we think the whole system, but it¿s also completely unpopular because it can seem like a whole set of meaningless things.¿ How can a Hungarian military researcher, especially an engineer dealing with the decision-making information system of air defense, contribute to the processing of this complex issue? When I faced this problem, I thought I would publish those results, which were created during the description of the "environment" of the decision-making information system of air defense.
