Technology of Sports Training in Volleyball

Achieving the desired result in training is possible through a combination of methodologies, scientific research, practical skills and a clear sequence of actions and decisions.The quality of management and construction of the training process is an urgent problem. The process of improvement and the effectiveness of training has the goal of performing complex preparatory processes that optimize the current indicators in the time phase to achieve success in the competitive stage. Research aimed at developing methods, systemic pedagogical, psychological approaches through biomechanics of movements and psychomotor activity with the introduction of computer technology began in the 70s. Management of sports training using information technology has made a breakthrough in the sports industry. Comparison of statistical data and analysis of performances made it possible to form model characteristics, optimize and analyze the entire process of building training, including tactical, psychological, strategic, physical and sensorimotor parts.
