Teaching performance

Today's society asks educators to prepare new generations to face the challenges of a future society still under construction. It points out the need to revalue the teaching profession, not only through labor measures, but also through a new teaching, an education and a school transformed into learning spaces, where respect, coexistence, harmony, knowledge and science must prevail. Therefore, this work provides, as a kind of feedback, a self-instructive manual with relevant documents and formats in the dimensions Planning of pedagogical work, Management of learning-teaching processes and Professional responsibility, in order to improve teaching performance. This will allow the educational community and society in general to strengthen their curricula, thus maintaining their commitment to offer the country professionals, teachers of excellence, with a comprehensive training that allows them to achieve the standards of efficiency and quality that make education a true instrument of equity, sustainable development and quality of life for all citizens.
