Teacher sorority

In this book, in the first chapter, it is mentioned how throughout the history of humanity women have been annulled for many decades from the discourse legitimized by patriarchal power, the consequence of such an act is the annulment of women from history or from the stories of the past.The second chapter mentions the need to implement sorority as an ethic that is established between women to establish positive relationships and create healthy and peaceful environments; a strategy of mediation and professional updating of teachers in schools, especially in the existing relationships between women teachers to create support networks that allow them to increase their cultural background and can continue studying a postgraduate degree.In the third chapter, we talk about the proposal of a methodology that allows them to build their own knowledge from the proposed objectives, they must establish precisely this strategy of sorority from which they will be supported to achieve them, where education plays a primordial role in the epistemological construction and in the reproduction of a new feminine politics.
