Synthesis of Heterocyclic Compounds (Azoles)

The book entitled ¿Synthesis of Heterocyclic Compounds (Azoles)¿ includes the syntheses of some newer heterocyclic compounds such as triazoles, thiadiazoles, pyrazolones, and benzothiazepines. All of these compounds fall within the azole category and exhibit pronounced physiological actions. The quick review of synthesis of these molecules and the some newer synthesized azole derivatives are reported in this book.During the last decade microwave methodology and the use of ultrasonic waves to promote reaction is now a recognized field of chemistry. By considering the advantages of non-conventional methods and antimicrobial activities associated with azoles we have reported the synthesis and antimicrobial screening of some azole derivatives in this book.
