Sustainable Resilient EU Farming Systems

Taking under consideration the era we are living now the connection between environment and human activity is crucial. This thesis presents the opportunities and chances we have to make this interaction become reality. The Resilience of Farming System is one of the opportunities that allows us to create or moderate new farming systems which will improve not only the environmental stability but also improve the financial income of farmers around EU and the world. It would also allow the animal husbandry to have better results in production without harming the animal health and conditions also improve the social stability of the given regions. The main aspect is the respect towards the environment. I also have provided in the end Guidelines, which I consider suitable in order to create a framework which can help in the improvement of building a successful resilience in farming system and also in Animal Production System (APS) or Integrated Crop-Livestock Systems (ICLS).
