Sustainable Living: a conceptual model

It vividly gives a clear, visual and descriptive outline about how a city can be redeveloped in a sustainable manner so that residents can enjoy a far better living in terms of economics, environment and social structure. The triple bottom line standard has been the main tool kept in mind while re-developing the conceptual city model. Three Ps: people, planet and profits and are referred to as the "three pillars of sustainability'' have been core to this dissertation. Sustainable mode of communication and sustainable building retrofits with solar panel installation, low-impact developments to manage storm-water are at the lime-light of this discussion. Efforts have been made to incorporate the fundamentals integral to a total sustainable way of consumption with which we can secure the future of our next generation. It is indispensable that the world we leave behind for them is not one with waste and contamination. "Every person is the right person to act. Every moment is the right moment to begin".
