Sustainable agricultural development

Agro-industrial complex occupies an important place in the national economy of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the proper and rational functioning of which the food security of the country directly depends. The problem of sustainable development of agro-industrial complex is insufficiently developed in theoretical terms. There is no consensus among researchers on the concept of sustainable development. Stability of agro-industrial production can be achieved only with complex, systematic use of various factors, because the system is a special organization of specialized elements, combined into a single whole to solve a particular problem. This monograph considers the problem of sustainable development of the agrarian sector and the factors that influence it: natural and material and technical, labour, the level of development of agricultural research, economic (including financial), social, organizational and managerial.
