SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE

The study on the topic Supply Chain Management and production performance of food processing firms, a case of SESACO Limited was guided by the general objective of finding out the level of supply chain management on the performance of SEACO limited, to establish the level of customer relationship on the production performance of SESACO limited and to establish the relationship between SCM and production performance of SESACO Limited.The study tested the hypothesis that; there was no significant relationship between supply chain management and production performance at SESACO limited.The researcher carried out the study using cross sectional research design. A sample size of 20 respondents was selected from the organization for the study to respond to the questionnaire. Simple random sampling was employed in selecting employees. A simple random sample is a subset of a statistical population in which each member of the subset has an equal probability of being chosen.
