The Sugar Flavonoids was primarily written as a University-level textbook to introduce the subject to postgraduate and research students in the field of flavonoids, phenolic, and natural products. The book presents concepts, facts, and theories of flavonoids and their derivatives completely and lucidly. This book is designed as a textbook for a course on the chemistry of sugar flavonoids. In the first edition, special attention has been focused on the isolation of flavonoids and structural characterization, besides solubility and medicinal properties of flavonoids. Properties and spectrum of sugar flavonoids have been added at the end of the last chapter. The book is a useful text for advanced graduate and research scholars in academic and industrial laboratories.
