Subjects of administrative law in Russia

The study is devoted to the problems of development of administrative law in Russia, in particular the issues of classification of subjects of administrative and legal relations are considered, their division into public and private is proposed, their status and competence is analyzed. The public subjects include: The President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the public administration. Private subjects will be: citizens, foreigners, persons with several citizenships, stateless persons and organizations, both as legal entities under Russian law and without such status. Administrative law as a branch of public law, regulates the organization of public administration, its functioning and the procedure of its relations with private persons in the process of implementation of executive and administrative activity (i.e. on the implementation of public administration).
