Study of the impact of microcredit on a microenterprise

This research paper will study the effect of microcredit on microenterprise using the capital structure theories as a support. The purpose of this paper is to study a company in the trade sector of the city.a case study will be done to a company in the trade sector to know how its capital structure is formed. Then it will be described with different tests, the effect of microcredit on the profitability of the microenterprise by the use of a microcredit, because it is an important economic agent which will lead to improve from the standard of living of the micro-entrepreneur to generate sources of employment. It should also be remembered that a large part of large companies once passed through the microenterprise stage. Current research work such as this is needed to find out what is happening to companies that use microcredit as a means of subsistence, growth or development. Research on capital structure focuses mainly on small, medium, and large enterprises.
