Many Entrepreneurs know that the Business Plan is a very necessary document when starting a business because it describes the activities and planning of a company for its operation, as well as all aspects related to the business, objectives, characteristics, financial analysis and strategies to bring the production process on track. It also mentions the investment required and the profits expected to be obtained in a certain period. It is important to mention that a business plan may contain different levels of detail. For a microenterprise, a two-page document may be sufficient. But for a business that will employ other people and will need to obtain external financing, a much more extensive study and evaluation is necessary.
