Stress Management among Students during COVID-19

In today¿s date stress has been an integral part of life because there are many things which act as a stress catalyser. COVID-19 has caused significant distress around the globe. It is not limited to adults only, but stress is increasingly affecting children of all age group. Students face heavy stress during COVID-19 due to various stressors. As far as stress for students are concerned, Stress management among students is a hit-or-miss matter. In order to tackle the critical situation stress management of students is must by organizations, their family as well as themselves. In the present study a survey in the form of questionnaire is done on students of various Universities and Institutions via Google form, direct counseling and interviews and analyzed obtained data for getting conclusion for stress management model for students.
