Stress and Trauma, a delicate issue for human development

Realities and experiences on the ground clearly reveal that most actions in favor of human development have forgotten a very important dimension that affects the mind: stress and trauma.What makes all these actions have lacked presence and appropriation because of the reality that the so-called poor have remained absent from most of these processes which remain without future or sustainability.These actions, although in good faith, remain humanitarian works that never help the person to get out of poverty. In fact, trauma and stress rob her of her freedom and put her in a permanent state of dependency and make poverty normal.There is a need and urgency for a trigger for a qualitative change in the form of a mental revolution. This is the role of the poor to this day, because he has a brain and he has the assets.
