Strategies to improve work motivation in a technical institute

We know that many institutions already have a recognition plan for the best employees, but we do not know how motivating these recognitions are, some work for the sake of working, others enjoy their work, some think that their work is not recognized. When employees reach their objectives, enjoying their work, the institution will benefit, because everyone is committed to achieve the same good. The implementation of strategies to improve motivation, consists of recognizing the collaborator, so that he/she feels that his/her effort is recognized. The person will not be absent, will not be late, will arrive well uniformed, because he knows that he is an important piece for the company.
