Stories for Feelings for Children

A collection of short stories that can help children explore different feelings, thoughts and emotions in themselves or others. NOTE THAT THIS IS THE NON-ILLUSTRATED EDITION OF THE BOOK! IT IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN A COLOUR ILLUSTRATED VERSION.

The stories can be read to children on a one to one basis with or to a group or class - or read by older children themselves. Thought-provoking positive and nurturing messages are contained in the stories which can be talked about and explored after sharing.

Themes include dealing with loss, feeling excluded, worries and anxieties, not bottling things up and being yourself.

Stories for Feelings for children can be used in school, at home or by play therapists/counsellors etc working with children aged (guide only) at least six/seven and up to twelve.

The stories are also now available on CD.
