Stone Sludge Fly ash Bricks

In this book, a brief introduction to the Stone Industry Waste (Sludge) and Thermal Industry Waste Fly Ash as raw materials in brick construction industry. The feasibility of using the Stone sludge¿s in Fly ash brick production as partial Replacement of fly ash and lime. Construction industry consumes huge amount of natural resources and often generates large quantities of construction Sludge. So it is necessary to reduce the Stone sludge either in the form of solids or slurry and utilization in different construction activities. Here we used Stone sludge in Fly ash brick with Replacement of fly ash and lime which are very important materials of Fly ash bricks and make the new brick ¿Stone Sludge Fly ash Bricks¿. This Bricks Mixes which will give better results in terms of less water absorption, higher compressive strength along with minimum cost. Hence an experimental research study has been conducted for comparing and studying 23 mixes of Stone Sludge Fly ash Bricks on various expect three mixes are suggested which fulfill the criteria of better quality along with economical cost.
