State coercion: problems of legal theory and practice

In the monograph separate problems of legal science and practice of state coercion are investigated on the basis of using a systematic approach in establishing the essence, content and structure of state-coercive impact both in the sphere of regulatory and in the sphere of protective legal regulation. State coercion is considered as normative-legal formation, which has all legal characteristics and attributes. Particular attention is paid to the study of state coercion as an instrument of state power, limiting the rights and freedoms of persons in order to ensure legality and maintain law and order. The monograph is designed for students, postgraduates of law schools, scientists, practicing lawyers and other persons involved in research in the field of legal theory and carrying out law enforcement activities on the implementation of coercion norms.
