Increasing cases of drug resistant microbes & difficulty in disease treatment for example : Resistant T.B. There is a great need to discover alternate sources of antibiotics especially the natural sources like plant having no or little side effects. The book comprise of the experiment conducted on Ginger, Cumin, Nigella, Aniseed, Ajwain for their antimicrobial potential against some of the disease causing drug resistant pathogenic bacteria(E.coli, S.aureus, P.aeruginosa, B.spp) also comparing their antimicrobial property.
