Soft Skills for Skillful Life

Charle Darvin in his theory of evolution speaks about the survival of fittest. He adds, ¿It is not the strongest or most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change.¿ This ability of adaptation and flexibility comes through soft skills. The authors found a gap in the structure to connect the campus with corporate in the present education system. Through their extensive training in the education and corporate sector, they attempted to bridge the gap and enhance employability. The idea of this book clicked to the authors when they realized that the basic problems of communication, interpersonal relations, and unemployment are deeply rooted in the prevailing system of higher education.
