Socio-Cultural differences between generations in Elbasan

The problem of intergenerational relationships is quite old. Unfortunately, it has always been a rather complex problem. Why, the closest people, blood relatives can not find reciprocal language? Why does the younger generation not understand and do not want to understand the elderly?In society views on life change in different periods. What used to be the norm or even the rule then loses its importance. The causes of conflicts and complex relationships between generations are numerous. Among them we mention: dissatisfaction with each other, not finding a common language, peculiarities of building family relationships, daily difficulties, social problems, difference in moral values between generations and others. Despite the opinion created about the harmony of relations between the generations in the Albanian community, their relations have been characterized by a very strong tension.Overcoming the conflicts between the generations is influenced by education, which should aim at the formation of an independent, socially active personality, capable of making competent decisions and being responsible for them.
