Social Entrepreneurship in German Child and Youth Welfare

To understand this, one must first define social entrepreneurship and describe how it applies to the children and youth welfare system in Germany. Subsequently, the current extent to which social entrepreneurship is permitted by the state and public authorities must be explained. Understanding this defines the role of a social entrepreneur in German children and youth welfare.
