Social and Pedagogical Factors to Increase the Efficiency of Training of Small Professionals

The book shows the factors of sending high school students to working professions. It is noted that in the training of small specialists for small businesses and consumer services in rural areas of Uzbekistan, families, schools, professional colleges, government agencies and public organizations should work together. In directing students to free choice of profession, the teacher ensures the continuity of traditional professions and modern professions, the consistency of educational work in the classroom and extracurricular activities with a good knowledge of folk wisdom. Effective use of factors such as the organization of traditional craft clubs at school, the active participation of students in traditional folk labor holidays, craft festivals, the formation of handicraft skills on the basis of distance learning.
