What are smart cities? What potential and limitations does its development have in countries such as Mexico? These are the questions posed by the author, who is interested in exploring various topics and areas of knowledge: from regional innovation systems, smart urban growth, digital cities, intelligent and sustainable urban mobility, urban governance and smart cities as utopia or reality.
