Synthesis and characterization of a new series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole clubbed 4-thiazolidinone were obtained by using marcapto acetic acid.There are ten derivatives of OT1 to OT10 derived in this series. Los compuestos finales se establecieron mediante estudios fisicoquímicos como M.P y otros datos espectrales. Todos los derivados se caracterizaron por métodos analíticos como FT-IR, LCMS y espectroscopia NMR. Se analizó la actividad antimicrobiana de todos los derivados.
