SILICATE AND ORGANO-MINERAL FERTILISERS

Currently, several countries are using silicon as a practice adopted concomitantly with the use of fertilizers, using silicate and organo-mineral fertilizers in maize and rice crops. The use of silicon has been adopted as a practice that involves plant nutrition and is recommended as a fertilizer for agriculture, providing protection and nutrients for plants. Organomineral fertilizers have been developed to improve both the chemical aspects in soils, and the physical and biological aspects, thus obtaining a better response from the combination. These fertilizers are obtained from a mixture of mineral and organic fertilizers, in fractions that are in accordance with the laws of fertilizers, and also respecting the compatibility of materials, aiming at the reuse of waste generated in agriculture.
