Sexual Harassment (Sex for Grades)in Nigerian Universities;The Regulating Laws

This work is divided into four Chapters. In this work, different meanings of sexual harassment in Nigeria were considered. Efforts were made to painstakingly define sexual harassment according to some dictionary works, some literally works, policies and some statutes. Thereafter, we went ahead to state the several forms and dimensions of sexual harassment in the university in general and in the Nigerian university in particular. We also focused on the legal framework regulating sexual harassment in Nigerian universities, that is to say, provisions of extant laws on sexual harassment in the Nigerian university. Furthermore, this work appraised the legal framework on sexual harassment in Nigerian universities by evaluating the provisions of these laws and to what extent they tend to curb sexual harassment in Nigerian universities. In summation, this work was brought to an end with a summary, conclusion and recommendations.
