The success of any educational reform depends on the quality of teachers and quality of teacher depends largely on the quality of teacher education. ¿A sound programme of professional education of teacher is essential for the qualitative improvement of teacher education. The training is to help the teachers in their professional growth; to enable the teachers to learn new ways of teaching; to rectify the omission of colleges of education; to help teachers in-service to face new problem efficiently; to enable the teachers to contribute to the qualitative improvement; to boast the morale of teachers etc., Here it is stressed on proficiency, new thoughts, and some values. Therefore, researcher tried to link up their proficiency attainment by means of concepts, proneness toward new things and behavior in terms of values.
