Selected human rights topics

The content of this book is located in the framework of human rights, fundamentally, the possibility of achieving its viability in a multicultural country like Mexico, whose characteristics are reflected in a colorful and heterogeneous range of a social fabric composed of diverse cultures, each one more complex than the other, but also richer in knowledge. In this sense, the authors have conducted various investigations in order to identify the problems on selected topics regarding the approach, study, analysis and criticism of the current situation of the national legal system and its implementation and incorporation of human rights, contained in the first article of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.
