School: First Step Towards Motivation

School is a place where learners spend almost 1/3 of their day. It is the other side of the coin for their home where they need to feel safe, protected and experience an encouraging and supportive environment. First memories are always remembered there; with friends and teachers, exams, play area, breaks, even detentions, projects, school theatre, music, PE and drama lessons.Some memories are sweet; others are bitter when they are related to bullying, violence and bad experiences such as loneliness, neglect and isolation.
