Sars-cov-2 Spike-protein and derivates toxicology

The aim of this work is to analyze:-the pathological and toxicological aspect of covid-19 pathology in organ different form lungs like ovarian and placentia.- pharmaceutical technology of nano-lipids used in some covid-19 vaccine to preserve m-rna vaccine activity.-repilication activity of m-RNA vaccine.-toxicological aspect involved in this kinetics and related other kind of vaccine like viral vector and inactivate.With a neutral approach a review of relevat literature is submitted to the researcher in order to produce A global conclusion related hypotesys of effect on human fertility produced by Spike-protein.This result are usefull also in vaccine design strategy for next generation of products. Great enphasys is given to the numeric value evaluation between cellular intake of nano-lipids m-RNA vaccine vs the naked ones.
