Sand Culture Technique and Biochemical Methods

This book compiles the technique of sand culture for growing experimental plants based on the meticulous application of inorganic chemistry is initially same as used in Long Ashton Research Station, Bristol (U.K.) and standardized under Indian conditions. Methods used in this book have been tested and are in current use in our laboratory. Although we had taken enough care to include operational details, it is necessary for the teachers, individual scientist/ research scholar and M.Sc. students to get conversant with the methods proper. It is hoped that the book will be of value to teachers, scientists/research scholars and M.Sc. students embarking on a programme involving biochemical techniques.
