Rotary-pulsation apparatus for preparation of liquid grain feed

The monograph is devoted to the development of new designs of rotary-pulsation apparatus for the preparation of liquid grain feed, the principle of which is to use a working chamber with a rotor and a stator having the holes of different configurations. Numerical modeling and experimental study of hydrodynamics and heat transfer processes in the feed mixture during its preparation were carried out. As a result of the conducted researches all characteristics of a liquid feed mixes are received. The modes of operation of rotary-pulsation devices are determined, in which the feed mixture on a grain basis will be the most optimal for assimilation by domestic animals. The developed designs of rotary-pulsation devices can be used for feeding animals on farms and agro-industrial complexes.
