Endoscopy is an ¿inspection of body organs or cavities by means of an endoscope, which is device consisting of a tube and optical system¿.In maxillofacial surgery, our ability to see clearly the surgical field opened an entirely new world of exploration, as conditions that were once almost impossible to control and whose outcome was uncertain can be now predictably managed by modern technologies and inventions like endoscopy.
