In this psychological thriller, a man writes about his memories from the saddest day of his life. He reflects on an event that occurred during his childhood, which he could never forget. But mostly, he talks about a girl he admired, Rita de la Mendosa, who had a strange condition that made the whole small Mexican town they grew up in fear her. It is said by the people, you could see her organs and bones, because her skin was so thin and she did not really have any muscles to help structure her body. The only thing she wanted was to be loved, and she never realized she already was. This story portrays the tragedy of two teenagers who were destined to never fullfill their dreams and forever remember.
