Right-To-Might Business Excellence Model

This book is about measuring organizational excellence ¿ what and how the excellence of an organisation can be measured, managed, and monitored. A basic premise is that right people with the right behavior are capable of transforming an ordinary organization into becoming a great or mighty organisation. The second premise is that the right behavior is inherently shaped by the right values internalized by the people in the organization. This behavioural-based Right-to-Might (R2M) framework serves as a management tool for measuring and managing organizational excellence as well as a tool for organisational health checks . The R2M framework integrates the values and behaviours in measuring organizational performance, identify values-related internal problems and undesired practices or behaviours in organisations and recommend corrective actions for improvement.The discussion goes further by offering what remedial actions and the right behaviours that need to be adopted in order to achieve performance excellence by identifying organisational entropy and adopting agile culture in the organization.
