Right to Development in India

Right to Development could be seen as the universal human belief that and their inalienable and Universal Character. The belief can be expressed as ¿We ought to develop¿, and this could be interpreted as an entitlement to development. One would suggest, however, that the term ¿right¿ be reserved for entitlements to what is necessary for development. Development as a process is the exercise of the full range of rights, as goals it is the self-actualization of people through the exercise of their rights.Human Rights are the foundation of human existence and coexistence. They are universal, indivisible and interdependent. And they lie at the heart of The UN aspires to achieve in its global mission of peace and development.Human development and human rights are interrelated, inter-dependent and indivisible. Human rights provide a framework for equality and non-discrimination, when objectively applied, ensures that the benefits of human development reach even the most disadvantaged people. The human person is at the centre of both human rights and human development.
