The book entitled "Rheology of biological fluids" is structured in four chapters. Chapter one includes the basic notions of rheology, chapter two includes the rheological study of blood, chapter three includes the study of human saliva, chapter four includes the study of ruminal fluid in sheep.Chapter one includes the basic notions of rheology, sub-chapters on Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, elasticity, viscosity, fluidity.
