Review and Analysis of Home Based Care Training for Health Care Worker

So far there is no cure for HIV/AIDS. This book brings up review and evaluation of a Community Home Based Care project which reveals best practices where a mid level para-medic training institution is practicing multidisciplinary approach to care and management of people living with HIV (PLWHIV) and their families. In the book, there is how adult teaching and learning methods are employed including demonstration of how theory is integrated into practice. The book contributes to ways of strengthening health systems by building capacity of the health care workers who in turn in their place of work practice integration of community home-based care into existing health care delivery.
