Revenge as a derivation of gender-based violence

Often, gender-based violence does not end up in the report to the Family Court and/or the Criminal Prosecutor's Office, but only in appearance. In fact, it has been seen how violence is masked by assuming other forms of manifestation in the Criminal Courts, as a vengeful response on the part of the spouse who considers himself or herself harmed by the separation or divorce. These false accusations have the unthinkable complicity of the courts, which, with the unbeatable excuse of the gender perspective, make this revenge possible. This demonstrates the lack of preparation of the criminal justice system to deal with these cases. I provide real cases, and their legal and evidential analysis.
