RETAIL CONTRACT

A retail sale and purchase contract is not only one of the most common contracts in practice, but also the most studied type of contract in science.Meanwhile, recently there have been significant changes in the perception of this contract, which go beyond the standard scheme: "parties-rights-liabilities". This contract is now recognized as a special type of contract - a consumer contract. It has its own significant standard features. Litigation practice is also changing. In addition, with the development of the market, new problems have emerged, such as the conclusion of contracts of sale on the Internet, the independent collection of fines by the consumer, recourse to the courts to protect an undefined circle of consumers, and many others.
